The one- note man
Richard Cole, who is a musician, woke up early yesterday. First of all, he took a bath, shaved and got dressed, and went downstairs to the dinning room to have breakfast. After that, he smoked his pipe while reading the paper.Later on, he got his clarinet out ot its case and sat on to practice. Finally, he put the instrument back in its case.
Richard had to leave for the concert hall, so he put on his coat and hat, taking his clarinet in order to catch the bus to town. When he got off the bus, he met another musician; Therefore, they walked together to the concert hall, where Richard sat in the back row of the orchestra, behind the violins and just beside a drummer.The concert started on time and he got more and more tense: Nevertheless, when the moment arrived, he played his one note perfectly.The rest of the orchestra continued, while Richard fell back in his seat exhauted. A few minutes, he felt better.. As Richard didn't want to miss his bus, he put on his coat and hat right away, and took his clarinet, then he went to the bus stop.When Richrd got home, he put his clarinet away, and put on his slippers. Afterwards, he had an excellent dinner., then he ent to the living room to relax in the armchair.
At about ten, he went to he living room to relax in the armchair, he brushed hi teeth, and gargles. Finally, he had a drink of water. He as so tired tha he fell asleep at once.
